We are currently working for a market leader in the Software sector who are searching for technically minded software sales specialists graduates to join their team, these roles are predominantly focused on inbound enquiries and managing exist8ing accounts so whilst outbound experience is beneficial it’s not essential. It is however essential candidates are strong academically and have an aptitude for technical software products and a general interest in software and technology, candidates coming from inside sales roles at technology companies may be considered but software is the preference
These roles will be focused on the management and growth of existing accounts ensuring they’re happy with the products, whilst also running demos and managing the sales pipeline for new customers. Any experience in selling internationally, working with digital sales tools and high level customer account management would be a distinct advantage. All applicants must have a solid work history, be articulate and happy presenting and engaging with people at all levels. You must also have strong communications skills, an ability to think on your feet and respond and manage customers in a professional capacity, full training will be given on their products.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday but not set hours, due to a lot of their client base being abroad some flexibility in hours will be required to start early or finish later on some shifts when dealing with different time zones. The company does offer a flexible working policy though so once bedded in there will be opportunities and allowances for home working. Due to the location of the role, candidates will preferably be located in Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Bedford, Royston, Huntingdon, Newmarket or Peterborough.
