We are hiring for a market leader in specialist business software, seeking a Customer Success Manager to grow their team and take their already successful brand to the next level. Candidates must come from customer success backgrounds in B2B SAAS. You will be required to maintain existing customer relationships, onboard and train of new/existing clients, implement customer success programs, and contribute to sales/ minimise churn.
You will possess the ability to provide insight based on your customer interactions, improve their experience through product support and handle customer complaints. As you will be the first point of contact for clients, it’s essential you have a strong ability for learning and using new software, and be seen as the go to person for problems.
Day to day you will be evaluate, improve and develop our client communications with content in the form of videos, articles, tutorials etc, hold product demos to improve onboarding processes, support product design, analyse customer data, and have a key focus on improving client experience and in doing so minimis churn
Based in Kenilworth this software house is growing and they plan to increase the headcount even further over the next few years, so there will be plenty of career opportunities to progress into within this team and other areas of the business. Commutable locations for the position are Birmingham, Coventry, Cheltenham, Worcester, Banbury, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Leicester or Rugby.
