We are working with a global leader in the software sector who are on the search for a Customer Success Executive to join their commercial team. You will be responsible for engaging with existing clients helping onboard them, dealing with product queries, training, software issues, and ultimately subscriptions and renewals.
It will be your responsibility to ensure the success of your allocated accounts through professional, articulate and first class customer service, and utilising your performance and communication with the clients to scope out upgrade possibilities, increases in users, and fend off any desire to change service providers.

Key experience and skills required in candidates applying for this role:
- 1 – 3 years software/tech sales/account management experience
