Our client are open to either a hungry Sales Executive with a few years’ experience and the ability to learn and manage a team in the future or somebody ready to step into a Sales Manager position immediately on the understanding the role will be hands on until they build the team.

They’re on the hunt for a high-flying Sales Executive/Manager to take them to the next level, and break into new market sectors, but you must have previous software experience, ideally in the workforce management/ payroll/HR areas.
With a product model that allows for real ease-of-access for customers and therefore the ability for you to easily close new accounts and cross-sell their great range of products to existing customers, the earning potential is immense. Add to this that many of their clients are robust brands that you will be familiar with so you will have some amazing case studies at your disposal.
You will be expected to spot and nurture business opportunities in order to develop your customer base and back this up with phone and email contact with the target of being able to tender, whilst making the most of your networking skills through face-to-face contact at trade shows and dealing with inbound leads. Once customers are in the cycle, you will be able to articulately deliver presentations and demos, and also react to your customers’ needs and requests. Working in collaboration with the marketing department, you acknowledge the value of a strong brand presence and will benefit from your contributions to marketing strategy through your feedback and insight.
