The company requires a highly skilled administrator to support their customer Service team. We are searching for someone who can source quotes from outsource supplies and enter the information into a bespoke MIS, raise purchase orders for the accounts department, answer incoming enquiries and directing them to the right area of the company and assist with data maintenance and complete regular quality checks to maintain high levels of accuracy.
In order to succeed in this role, candidates will possess previous experience as an Administrator, have strong numeracy skills, excellent analytical skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills in order to build relationships with suppliers, clients and team members.
Due to the location of the vacancy candidates must be able to drive, and will ideally be located in Huntingdon, March, Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Ely, Chatteris, St Neots, Cambridge, Peterborough or Ramsey and the surrounding areas.
