We are currently working for a market leader in the luxury travel sector who are seeking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to manage their full range of account work, ensuring that allocated tasks and projects are completed on time, addressing barriers or issues in a positive, solution focused manner. Additionally, they require a candidate who is passionate about client servicing, planning and building long term relationships with clients, taking responsibility as the key client contact. The ideal candidate will provide intelligent and well thought through counsel to clients on all aspects of their Sales and Marketing campaigns ensuring clients are happy with the work and service they receive.
The role is based in Oxford but will entail out of office visits to clients when required. To fulfil the duties of your role there may be times when you are expected to work outside of your usual working pattern, for example making yourself available to host regular client evening or weekend events.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, on a day to day bases the Sales Account Manager will be contacting independent tour operators and arranging appointments to discuss and present the brands you work with giving them opportunities to visit these destinations, and assisting them both with training and developing their contract agreements.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with previous experience in the luxury travel sector looking for a new, exciting role. You must have a full valid driving licence for this role to enable you to visit and develop working relationships with clients. Due to their location, candidates will ideally be located in areas such as Milton Keynes, Oxford, Reading, London, Northampton, Coventry, or Maidenhead.
