We are seeking a Media Sales Specialist for one of Cambridge’s newest and growing magazines within a specialist professional industry, and as a result are keen to talk with media sales specialists at all levels, both candidates open to full time and part time. Media sales experience is a strong preference, failing this any experience in telemarketing or a predominantly phone based sales role.
This is a not a cold desk, so whilst this is a relatively new publication you will be coming into a business with a strong database of existing clients and new business potential and as such a lot of the role will be dealing with inbound advertising requests, maintaining existing relationships and sourcing new business. As with most sales roles there is also an outbound cold aspect, but the potential is great. As outlined this role could suit either a full time employee or somebody seeking to fit hours around school, or who just wants part time.

- Selling advertising across both digital and traditional formats;
- Developing revenues by a mixture of telesales and occasionally face to face meetings with new and existing clients;
- Researching and targeting new business accounts as well as generating strategies to develop existing clients.
