Based in the UK, the CRM Database Administrator should hold 3 years’ experience in database administration, with at least one years’ experience of working with a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Though candidates with similar experience managing other CRM systems will also be considered.
The organisation will soon be implementing Microsoft Dynamics, and this role will be a key position both to oversee their transfer of data, but also the ongoing management, training and cleansing of the database. Other duties will include enforcing GDPR compliance, managing integration of lead databases, preparation, development and analysis of email campaigns.
