As well as recruiting regionally-based salespeople in the East of England, we also work nationally on targeted roles for some of our key clients. The types of role we are generally tasked to work on nationally are area sales, regional sales, or national account management positions.
Given our extensive experience in targeting specific industry backgrounds our clients often come to us with a brief to target a particular type of salesperson. This often means targeting their competitors’ best talent, which in turn works well with our proven search methods.
Using our networks and other attraction techniques, we market map our clients industries and competitors across the UK and target the ideal candidates with a view to them being field or home-based.
These positions are generally higher paid, senior roles with car allowances and a high level of autonomy and as such businesses are keen to ensure they have the best oversight of the available talent pool.
